Burn Notice actor Jeffrey Donovan was arrested fou DUI. Now another name is added to the long list of celebs arrested for this offense. Donovan was arrested after a near collision. When an officer asked him to take the breath analyzer test he refused. Tha's when he was arrested.
Here's what Donovan said:
"I had three drinks at the Fountain Bleu. I really think I'm only borderline and not too drunk. The only mistake I made tonight was drinking Benadryl with three glasses of wine,"
