Google has just dropped a bomb on Microsoft. The bomb is the Google Chrome Operating System. Here's part of the announcement made in the Google Official Blog about the Google Chrome OS :
However, the operating systems that browsers run on were designed in an era where there was no web. So today, we're announcing a new project that's a natural extension of Google Chrome — the Google Chrome Operating System. It's our attempt to re-think what operating systems should be.
Google Chrome OS is an open source, lightweight operating system that will initially be targeted at netbooks. Later this year we will open-source its code, and netbooks running Google Chrome OS will be available for consumers in the second half of 2010. Because we're already talking to partners about the project, and we'll soon be working with the open source community, we wanted to share our vision now so everyone understands what we are trying to achieve.
Speed, simplicity and security are the key aspects of Google Chrome OS. We're designing the OS to be fast and lightweight, to start up and get you onto the web in a few seconds. The user interface is minimal to stay out of your way, and most of the user experience takes place on the web. And as we did for the Google Chrome browser, we are going back to the basics and completely redesigning the underlying security architecture of the OS so that users don't have to deal with viruses, malware and security updates. It should just work.
Google Chrome OS will run on both x86 as well as ARM chips and we are working with multiple OEMs to bring a number of netbooks to market next year. The software architecture is simple — Google Chrome running within a new windowing system on top of a Linux kernel. For application developers, the web is the platform. All web-based applications will automatically work and new applications can be written using your favorite web technologies. And of course, these apps will run not only on Google Chrome OS, but on any standards-based browser on Windows, Mac and Linux thereby giving developers the largest user base of any platform.

Jason Crigler describes his music as follows:
“I worked on this album, released in late 2008, for nine years. It is a collection of 13 of my songs, all sung by various artists. Marshall Crenshaw, Teddy Thompson, Amy Correia, Holly Palmer and others all lent their voices to this project. I sing one song on this album, although I produced the whole record and was actively involved in choosing the singers.
“This album contains “The Books on the Shelf” and “Through Tomorrow,” both of which are featured prominently in Life.Support.Music. “The Books on the Shelf” was the first song I wrote when I returned home after a year as an inpatient in various hospitals.” He has a new album entitled "The Music of Jason Crigler"

Here are some of the important Steve Mcnair update:
As more and more evidence are gathered things get quite clear with the death of Steve Mcnair and Sahel Kazemi. Investigators have learned that a few days before the shooting in the condominium, Sahel Kazemi purchased a gun, the very same gun recovered in the crime scene under Kazemi's body. All in all, five bullets were fired, four hit McNair and one entered the head of Kazemin. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Crime Laboratory are now conducting a ballistics and gunshot residue tests on the gun recovered in the crime scene and won't be releasing any classification of Kazemi's death until the tests have been completed.

Kristen Stewart is said to be pregnant with Robert Pattinson's baby. According to NewWeekly, Stewart told a friend that she thinks she's pregnant because her period was quite delayed. Here is what her friend told NW:
“When she worked out she was late, she obviously started to thinking that she could be pregnant” says a pal. “And because of the timing, she thinks Rob could be the father.”
