Cash for Clunkers Requirements and Procedures for Consumer Assistance to Recycle and Save Program :
This final rule sets forth requirements and procedures for the voluntary vehicle trade-in and purchase/lease program under the Consumer Assistance to Recycle and Save Act of 2009. This program helps consumers pay for a new, more fuel efficient car or truck from a participating dealer when they trade in a less fuel efficient car or truck. The rule establishes a process by which dealers can register in order to participate in the program and establishes the criteria this agency will use to determine which disposal facilities are eligible to receive and either crush or shred the trade-in vehicles. It also sets forth the criteria that trade-in vehicles and new vehicles must meet in order for purchases and leases to qualify for assistance under this program and establishes the requirements that must be met by consumers, dealers, disposal facilities and others. Finally, the rule sets forth enforcement procedures and provisions for punishing fraud and other violations of the program requirements.

But now the US government has decided not to suspend the program and is allocating another $1 billion for it to continue, at least for now.

Victor M. Lil Poison De Leon III. If you are into video games and you are regular in the ciruit, you've probably heard about Lil Poison, the 9 year old kid who has been playing for 5 years in the professional video game circuit. He is shoveling up thousands of dollars in prizes and endorsements at tournaments around the US. And beat this: he's just a kid but has a national corporate sponsor, a publicist and a Web site.
This gets me to thinking about my 4 year old son who is now into computer games and he's becoming better each day with the games he likes. But I won't turn him into another Lil Poison.

Sad news : Cash for Clunkers Suspended! Why? It is because the $1 billion allocated by Congress for the program is quickly used up. The Cash for Clunkers program will be suspended starting Friday midnight. The Cash for Clunkers program offers owners of old cars and trucks $3,500 or $4,500 toward a new, more fuel-efficient vehicle.
Automobile dealers told Wall Street Journal that they "will stop accepting cars for trade-in under the program until they are sure funds are available."
The National Automobile Dealers Assocation released a statement:
We do not have confirmation yet of DOT suspending the clunkers program, but if the program is indeed suspended, NADA will continue to work with the Department of Transportation to emphasize the importance that every dealer is reimbursed for a valid deal. We will also work with the Obama Administration and members of Congress to meet the demonstrated consumer interest in the cash-for-clunkers program.

I have just read about Amy Kucsmas, the woman who was able to make a telephone call to her daughter just before she got killed by a man in her home. Here is an news article about it from ShortNews.com:
Amy Kucsmas made a call on July, 11th that was to be the last call of her life. Her daughter Kayla answered that call and heard her mothers last words, that she loved her and her other children and she was about to die that night.
Kayla then heard the voice of a man screaming at her mother and then her mother trying to say something and then the call was over. Two weeks after this horrifying call Amy Kucsmas was found dead in a rolled up carpet in Wilkinsburg, Pa.
Pulic works employees went to removed the carpet in Hunter Park where people we complaining about a foul smell. Thinking it was a dog they cut the tape wrapped around the carpet and instead found a body which was identified by a tattoo as Kucsmas.
My question is, why did it take too long for her to be discovered dead? Didn't her daughter call the police right after receiving her mother's call?

Last week 78 vehicles were made ineligible for the Cash for Clunkers program because the Environmental Protection Agency brought up the estimated fuel economy ratings on those 78 vehicles. The EPA also lowered the fuel economy ratings of 86 other vehicles at the same time which made them eligible for the program. This has caused a last-minute confusion and it fouled things up just before the program's July 24 official start date. Now, this problem is resolved because the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration which manages the Clunkers program, has acknowledge the confusion caused by the EPA's changes and made an announcement Thursday that trade-ins made between July 1st and July 24th of vehicles that became ineligible after the fuel economy ratings switch will be allowed to keep their rebate.

MonsterQuest : Terror From the Sky
Airs on Wednesday July 29 09:00 PM / Airs on Thursday July 30 1:00 AM
Across North America there is something strange and frightening circling overhead. Witnesses tell of human-like creatures that float or hover in the skies and often descend to attack. Legends and folklore tell of strange flying creatures, but in the 1940s and 1950s, strange humanoid forms were spotted above small towns, bringing waves of panic. Sceptics claim that misidentification explains these creatures, however the mounting evidence says otherwise. MonsterQuest will analyze the video proof of this monster while scientists work to discover the identity of an eerie corpse that may unlock the mystery of these flying humanoid monsters.

Darlene Haynes, a woman who was 8 months pregnant was killed in her home by a still unknown killer. But this murder is not just plain murder, it has a weird twist to it: Haynes was badly mutilated, her womb was cut open and her fetus removed from it. As of this writing the fetus is still missing.
Here's part of an article about this gruesome crime from ShadowScope.com :
The last time anyone heard from Darlene was last Thursday night. She had dropped off her one-year-old baby girl at her boyfriend's house (the father of her 3rd child) who she also has a restraining order against and then later on that night she sent a text message to a friend that said she was having wine coolers with another friend at her apartment. According to the Boston Globe the boyfriend, Roberto Rodriguez, is not considered a suspect.
Monday neighbors noticed a stench coming from Darlene's apartment and when the landlord went to investigate he made the gruesome discovery. She was wrapped up in bed sheets in a closet and had been dead for several days. The body was severely mutilated and her 8-month-old fetus was missing.
Since doctors say that the baby would need medical attention it may be very soon that we find out exactly what happened to Darlene Haynes last week, that is provided that the intent was to remove the baby from alive from the woman.

Are you jobless and neck-deep in debt? Are you worried that anytime soon your home would be foreclosed? Are you thinking that the recession has killed all your hope for ever recovering from your slump? Don't jump off the nearest bridge yet, read on and be inspired by a woman named Angela Logan and her mortgage apple cake.
Angela Logan has lived in her home in Teaneck, New Jersey for 20 years. Like many Americans these days, she has been hit with both employment and mortage troubles. After being tremendously overcharged for work done on her home and then a talent agency gone bust that owed her thousands of dollars in backpay, Logan was in serious debt.
In order to qualify for President Obama’s Making Home Affordable plan, she had to come up with a $2,500 mortgage payment in just 10 days in order to qualify. So she dreamed up the plan of baking her delicious grandmother’s apple cake, with all organic ingredients, and selling them. At $40 a cake, Logan would be able to keep her home.
Little did she know that demand would go through the roof! Within a week she had received orders for 100 cakes, meeting her goal. But after newspapers started publishing her story, she was up to 600 orders! There was no way Logan was going to be able to bake them by herself in her tiny kitchen.
Luckily, Josh Kaye, founder of Bake Me A Wish, a not-for-profit bakery that sells baked goods for charitable causes, stepped in and had his kitchens to take over the bulk of the baking, as well as delivering the cakes.

The Health Care Bill has caused a lot of controversy because of rumors about what it has on Page 425 which looks like this:
On page 425 it says in black and white that EVERYONE on Social Security, (will include all Senior Citizens and SSI people) will go to MANDATORY counseling every 5 years to learn and to choose from ways to end your suffering (and your life). Health care will be denied based on age. 500 Billion will be cut from Seniors healthcare. The only way for that to happen is to drastically cut health care, the oldest and the sickest will be cut first. Paying for your own care will not be an option.
The truth is that it is not what is shown above but this one:
SEC. 1233. ADVANCE CARE PLANNING CONSULTATION.
(a) MEDICARE.—
(1) IN GENERAL.—Section 1861 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395x) is amended—
(A) in subsection (s)(2)—
(i) by striking "and" at the end of subparagraph (DD);
(ii) by adding "and" at the end of subparagraph (EE); and
(iii) by adding at the end the following new subparagraph:
"(FF) advance care planning consultation (as defined in subsection (hhh)(1));"; and (B) by adding at the end the following new subsection:
"Advance Care Planning Consultation
"(hhh)(1) Subject to paragraphs (3) and (4), the term ‘advance care planning consultation’ means a con8 sultation between the individual and a practitioner de9 scribed in paragraph (2) regarding advance care planning, if, subject to paragraph (3), the individual involved has not had such a consultation within the last 5 years. Such consultation shall include the following:
"(A) An explanation by the practitioner of ad14 vance care planning, including key questions and considerations, important steps, and suggested peo16 ple to talk to.
"(B) An explanation by the practitioner of ad18 vance directives, including living wills and durable powers of attorney, and their uses.
"(C) An explanation by the practitioner of the role and responsibilities of a health care proxy.

"(E) An explanation by the practitioner of the continuum of end-of-life services and supports available, including palliative care and hospice, and benefits for such services and supports that are available under this title.
"(F)(i) Subject to clause (ii), an explanation of orders regarding life sustaining treatment or similar orders, which shall include—
"(I) the reasons why the development of such an order is beneficial to the individual and the individual’s family and the reasons why such an order should be updated periodically as the health of the individual changes;
"(II) the information needed for an individual or legal surrogate to make informed deci19 sions regarding the completion of such an order; and

Freddie Glenn was denied parole because of the letter that Kelsey Grammer wrote to retired Colorado District Attorney Robert Russel, the man who successfully prosecuted Freddie Glenn for the murder of Karen Grammer. The letter was read on Monday at the parole hearing of Glenn.
Here is part of the letter:
I am saddened that I missed this opportunity to be at the hearing. You know the circumstances: rain delays at Kennedy that made it impossible for me to be in Colorado Springs in time to attend…Please tell the members of the parole board that it is my sincere hope they do not release my sister’s killer.”
Grammer affectionately describes his late sister, writing:
“She was so smart and good and decent. She wrote poetry and loved being alive; we could laugh for hours together, she had the greatest smile. She was my best friends and the best person I knew. She had so much to live for. I loved my sister, Karen. I miss her. I miss her in my bones. I was her big brother. I was supposed to protect her - - I could not. I have never gotten over it. I was supposed to save her. I could not. It very nearly destroyed me.”
The actor then pleads with the parole board to not release Glenn:
“Please consider, when you wrestle with the fate of this man that killed my sister, the degree of suffering he has inflicted on his victims but also on the families of his victims. It has been many years since the murders and he has spent many years in jail. We, whose lives were so altered by his selfishness and brutality, have spent those years in a prison of our own. Yes, time has helped. But we will never be free. Why should his fate be any different? More importantly however how can you believe this man can be safely returned to society? Consider the extreme nature of his crimes – the disregard for simple humanity. This is a butcher. This is a monster. Is it really possible for him to live on the outside again without returning to his old ways? Can you be certain that he will not slaughter another innocent life and destroy another family?

The Cash for Clunkers Program was launched Monday and many are seeing that it offers everyone a win-win deal. For those who do not know about it, here is what Cash for Clunkers Program is all about:
Approved last month, the program known officially as the Car Allowance Rebate System offers rebates of $3,500 to owners who relinquish cars rated at less than 18 miles per gallon to purchase ones getting at least 22 m.p.g. If the new vehicle gets at least 10 m.p.g. more than the trade-in, the rebate is $4,500. For SUVs, minivans and pickups, a 2 m.p.g. improvement is required, while a 5 m.p.g. gain nets the full rebate.
The government rebate is taken off the price after manufacturer discounts and incentives are applied.
Reimbursement will be wired directly to the dealers, who must show proof that the clunkers have been taken off the road permanently by being “crushed or shredded,” according to the legislation.
The program is expected to run four months, or until the $1 billion is depleted. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has until July 24 to issue the final regulations, putting most transactions on hold until Friday.

You're not going to see each other for this period of time, that creates issues and stuff. Some personal issues and stuff that we're working on. I can tell you right now that we still have the same connection. She's a great girl, she's really cool. People don't give her credit, they don't realize how smart and deep she is. Four months ago Troy Duffy announced that a Boondock Saints sequel was in the making. Now I found the Boondock Saints 2 trailer and Duffy has revealed the plot of this movie:
“You kind of wonder what has happened to the brothers… They have been living way back in the valleys of Ireland with their father on a family run sheep farm, way beyond the reach of technology or men. Way out there. It’s been sort of a bucolic existence, hard working pioneer-esque type stuff. They have long hair and beards, and stuff like that. You get the sense that they’ve been hibernating to come back. And there is an event that transpires in Boston. A priest murdered in a church and the body is rigged to make it look like the Saints did it. The one guy that the brothers and father have contact with is Il Duce’s brother. So he gets the first notion of this, puts his jeep in gear and tells the brothers what happened. And without even thinking of it the boys are up and out of there … they cut their hair, digg up their rosaries, strap on their guns, and they’re gone! And Dad has to stay back because something is wrong with him, and you can tell he doesn’t have much time left. So when the brothers smuggle themselves back to the US, back to Boston, in a very understandable way. And one of the guys they meet along the way is a Hispanic American named Romeo. And Romeo ends up becoming like the third brother or saint, fourth I guess if you’re gonna consider Billy. He’s a lot more of a bad ass than Rocco was. But his comedy is that he wants to be a lot more a part of this. So there is a lot of humor that comes from that. He’s hopefully going to be played by a friend of mine named Clifton Collins, who was in Capote and Frankie Flowers in Traffic.”

Sherm stick is also known as “sherm,” “fry stick,” “amp,” “happy stick,” and “wet stick,” it is a kind of cigarette, usually a joint, that is dipped in phencyclidine and then allowed to dry. Sherm stick has hallucinogenic effects when smoked. There is a common misconception among users that sherm stick is dipped in embalming fluid or formaldehyde because one of its effects is that it numbs the body and gives the feeling that one is embalmed alive. Ah, why do they need to smoke this kind of stuff when it makes you feel like a living dead?

The 31st annual Gilroy Garlic Festival will take place on Saturday and Sunday at Christmas Hill Park. If you love garlic in your cooking, then this will be a very good thing for you. See how different venders in this festival will manage to put garlic in almost every type of food. More than 2 tons of garlic will be used in the festival, that's so much garlic! And have you tried garlic chocolate, garlic jelly, and garlic watermelon? Well, you'll find these quite unlikely foods in the festival.
Here's the schedule of events:
Saturday Events:
On the Cook-off Stage:
The Great Garlic Cook-Off will bring eight finalists from over 700 worldwide entries to the Cook-Off stage to prepare their submitted recipes to a panel of six select judges.
Sunday Events:

Local chef's Jamie Lauren, Brian Christensen, Bruce Paton, and Ryan Scott will be participating in the showdown. The four contestants will be given a 'secret ingredient' to work with, could it be garlic? Once the ingredient is revealed the contestants will have two hours to prepare their meal and impress the judges. The chef with the best creation will not only walk away with their pride intact but a pocket full of cash.
General admission tickets are $12, children tickets are $6.

The Wedding Dancers video that hit Youtube by surprise is a good example of how easy it is to becomepopular nowadays. Technology has made the world smaller and the people closer to each other in a way. When Jill Peterson and Kevin Heinz uploaded to Youtube the video of their wedding where the walk down the aisle was turned into a dance routine, they did not expect to get more than a million views. But of course the video did get more than a million views before they are finished with their honeymoon.

People can't really get enough or Erin Andrews' peephole video, for many days now it is one of the most searched item on the net. Now the long tail keyword that is being used to search the video is Erin Andrews Peephole Tape Video Watch but of course you won't easily find it. If you use the search engines to search for it, there is a slim chance for you to get to the real thing because so many people have posted about it and so many have uploaded fake videos with virus embedded on them. So if I were you just be creative and use another approach to your search, or just be satisfied with the normal Erin Andrews, the one you see on ESPN and not the one who is naked in her hotel room.

Jamal Bana, an engineering student, disappeared from his Minneapolis home in November 2008 without any clue as to where he went. Then his parents received a call from him informing them that he was in Somalia. Jamal was recruited by a terrorist group fighting against the Somalian government. Jamal's family has fled Somalia years ago because of the difficult situation of that country which is torn by wars. They have found a new home in the United States but the shadow of Somalia followed them in the US and claimed the life of Jamal. Someone called the parents of Jamal one day and told them to visit a website where what looked like pictures of a dead Jamal are posted. The family were horrified to see pictures of a man with a fatal gunshot wound in the head carried on a stretcher, half naked, and obviously very dead. See the video of Jamal Bana below from CNN, it has the Jamal Bana death pictures you are looking for.
Here's the CNN report about Jamal Bana:
His parents said they believe their son was brainwashed and recruited to fight in the civil war between Somalia's unstable transitional government and Al-Shabaab.
One of the missing youth, Shirwa Ahmed, 27, blew up himself and 29 others last fall in Somalia in what is believed to be the first suicide bombing carried out by a naturalized U.S. citizen. Ahmed had traveled from Minneapolis. The attack raised red flags throughout the U.S. intelligence community and sparked an investigation by the FBI.
Just weeks ago, community activist Abdirizak Bihi lost his 17-year-old nephew, Burhan Hassan, in Somalia. Asked if his nephew had been kidnapped from Minneapolis, Bihi said, "They kidnap them in the sense of mental kidnapping, not physically. But they play a male role of mentor."
Bihi and community leader Omar Jamal said they hold one place at least loosely responsible: the Abubakar as-Saddique Islamic Center, the largest mosque in Minneapolis.

When you do it differently, you'll get noticed. Kevin Heinz and Jill Peterson did their wedding entrance differently. Jill is a dancer so she thought of having a dance routine instead of the traditional walk down the aisle. So the bride's maids and the groom's men walked down the aisle dancing, Jill also danced on the aisle. A video of what they did in their wedding entrance was uploaded to Youtube and before they realize it, the video got more than a million hits in a very short time.

People can't get over Erin Andrews and her peephole video. Now Erin Andrews video peep pictures are being heavily searched on the web by many people (and I know most of those who search for it spend hour just to find a link to the video or the pictures). I know that some searchers became victims of malware embedded in some fake videos they've downloaded. I have seen the video and the screen shots of the video and sure enough there's a nude woman there that looks like Erin Andrews obviously videotaped without her knowledge with a peephole camera of something. The woman in the video seemed to have just come from a shower and is preparing to put her clothes on. It only took me two or three minutes to locate the video and the screen shots last July 18. And of course I did not use any search engine to find it because that's the way it is when it comes to finding "hot" items like this one. Anyways, I won't be putting links to the video or the image here, I am not taking part of the spreading of this video because it is really unfair for Ms. Andrews. Just find it yourself.

Here are some Omer Bhatti pictures for you to see. Bhatti is said to be the fourth child of Michael Jackson. “Bhatti came from a one night encounter between Michael Jackson and Pia Bhatti in 1984,″ some sources are saying. I can't believe it. But when you look at the pictures, there are a lot of Michael Jackson features in Bhatti. Still I could not believe it. But Bhatti would like to have a DNA test to prove that he is really Michael Jackson's son. And if his DNA test results would show that he and MJ are genetically linked, I guess I would not believe that he's MJ's son. What if Bhatti is the son of one of MJ's brothers, hence the similarities in features to MJ. I guess it's more plausible than Bhatti being the love child of Micahael Jackson, Well, that's just my opinion.

If you are planning to search for the Erin Andrews video, you need to read this news article from Gadgetell.com first before embarking on the search :
When a video of popular ESPN reporter Erin Andrews walking around nude in her hotel room hit the net, it became a hot topic. The video, taken through the peephole of the room without her knowledge, was searched for by thousands. Scammers noticed this and naturally scrambled to take advantage of it, unleashing a spam attack containing links that claim to lead to the much sought after video. Instead they lead right to malware.
When clicked on, the victim is subjected to the old error message trick, which tells them in order to view the video they must install a “software update,” new codec, or special player. The scammers bank on people being so eager to see the video that they’ll happily click the install button. The Trojan that’s downloaded takes over the system and adds it to a botnet, and chances are the user will never know it.
Just a few weeks ago scammers used the same trick but the links claimed to lead to exclusive photos or video footage of Michael Jackson’s funeral but instead lead the user to install malware.
The actual video has been yanked off the net after Andrews and ESPN threatened legal action, so if you come across any links claiming to lead to it, ignore/delete them immediately.
Okay, now, do you still want to search for the Erin Andrews video?

A native American Indian dog snatched a newborn baby named, Alexander James Smith. The baby is now in critical condition at the University of Kentucky Hospital. The baby was snatched by the dog from his crib. The native American Indian dog, named Dakota, is the family's pet so it has a free roam in the house. Baby Alexander has just arrived from the hospital where he was born and he was placed in an upstarirs crib; the dog got to him and took him in its mouth and brought him outside and into the woods. The crying baby got his father's attention, Michael Smith ran to the woods and found his crying baby with cuts and puncture wounds to his body and face.

John Strong, the owner of "Freaks of Nature" discovered a 5 legged puppy owned by one Calvin Owensby. Strong wanted to buy the dog from its owner so he negotiated. Because Owensby needed the money he agreed to sell the 5 legged puppy to Strong. The deal was $3,000 and Strong deposited $1,000 on Owensby's account. But when Owensby's girlfriend, Allyson Siegel, learned about the deal, she told his boyfriend that she didn't want the puppy to be featured as a freak in a show so she also made a bid for the puppy, her bid was $4,000. Of course the boyfriend was happy to get a better deal from her girlfriend and sold the puppy to her instead.
Now Allyson Siegel is planning to invest $2,000 more to have the extra leg of the puppy removed. Of course this has disappointed John Strong, he said that he could "give the puppy an good life."

Here's what Obama has to say: "Michelle – she looks fabulous, I'm a little frumpy, up until a few years ago, I only had four suits, I hate to shop. Those jeans are comfortable. And for those of you who want your president to look great in his tight jeans, I'm sorry. I'm not the guy."

The solar eclipse on Wednesday, July 22, will be the longest in the 21st century. Some areas will experience more than 6 minutes of total darknes (but most of those would be in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. The ares where the total eclipse will be visible are northern India, eastern Nepal, northern Bangladesh, Bhutan, the northern tip of Myanmar, central China and the Pacific Ocean, including the Ryukyu Islands, Marshall Islands and Kiribati. This once in a lifetime phenomenon will also be visible to a number of large cities in China and other parts of Asia like Surat, Vadodara, Bhopal, Varanasi, Patna, Dinajpur, Chengdu, Nanchong, Chongqing, Yichang, Jingzhou, Wuhan, Huanggang, Hefei, Hangzhou, Wuxi, Huzhou, Suzhou, Jiaxing, Ningbo and Shanghai. As a result, the tourism in those said areas have seen quite an abrupt growth.
I have seen my own share of total solar eclipse. I was 16 years old and it was on March 18, 1998 at around 9 AM. It was a total solar eclipse that gave us 3 minutes and 46 seconds of total darkness. Of course the sight of the sun as it was covered by the moon was glorious. I feel very lucky to have witnessed that phenomenon. I have found a site that featured the total solar eclipse in my place, General Santos city in the Philippines, complete with pictures, just click here: Total Solar Eclipse Philippines 1988.

Taliban Video Shows Captive US soldier
1 comments Published by Pastilan on Saturday, July 18, 2009 at 8:21 PM
Taliban video shows captive US soldier. On June 30 an American soldier went missing from his base in eastern Afghanistan. A few days later it was confirmed that he was captured by the Taliban. The confirmation came from a video posted Saturday to a Web site by the Taliban. The video shows the missing US soldier. Here is part of the article in Huffington Post about this:
Two U.S. defense officials confirmed to The Associated Press that the man in the video is the captured soldier. The video provides the first glimpse the public has had of the missing soldier.
The soldier is shown in the 28-minute video with his head shaved and the start of a beard. He is sitting and dressed in a nondescript, gray outfit. Early in the video one of his captors holds the soldier's dog tag up to the camera. His name and ID number are clearly visible. He is shown eating at one point and sitting cross-legged.
The soldier, whose identity has not yet been released by the Pentagon pending notification of members of Congress and the soldier's family, says his name, age and hometown on the video, which was released Saturday on a Web site pointed out by the Taliban.
The soldier said the date is July 14. He says he was captured when he lagged behind on a patrol.
He is interviewed in English by his captors, and he is asked his views on the war, which he calls extremely hard, his desire to learn more about Islam and the morale of American soldiers, which he said was low.
You can read more of this from Huffington Post.

Last week the beautiful ESPN sports reporter Erin Andrews made it to the headlines because she got hit by a foul ball while covering a baseball game. Now she's in the news again because there is an alleged video of her naked in her hotel room. The video was ostensibly taken through a peephole hence the name Erin Andrews peephole video. It is said that the video was uploaded to NSFWpoa.com, a website with content suited only for adults. I checked out the site for the video but I did not find it there. I guess I just did not look hard for it, or it was removed because ESPN lawyers took action. ESPN attorney David Pahl wrote to NSFWpoa.com blog proprietor Doug Sheckler. Here is the letter:
I am the General Counsel of ESPN, Inc. It has come to my attention that you have posted on your site pictures of a young, blonde woman at http://www.nsfwpoa.com/2009/07/hot-naked-blonde-who-looks-lot-like.html. These pictures were obviously taken through a peephole or otherwise in a fashion constituting a trespass/assault on the rights of the woman involved. Your continued posting of these pictures are highly likely to render you an accessory after the fact to a criminal act. We hereby demand that you (i) immediately remove these pictures from your site and (ii) disclose to us the source of the pictures. We intend to hold you fully responsible for further display of material that so obviously violates the law.
Please confirm by return e-mail that you intend to comply with these demands. In the absence of such confirmation we will assume you are an active and willing participant in these acts.
David Pahl
Actually, the woman in the peephole video was NOT named as Erin Andrews, but of course the verbiage on the post was quite provocative : "Hot naked blonde who looks a lot like a sports blogger favorite in her hotel room."

I am a true blu rocker and I love everything that is rock. I like NIN and I am quite sad that they will be doing their final tour. The venues for the NIN tour in New York City, Chicago, and Los Angeles are noticeably small. I guess many fans would not be able to see the farewell performances of NIN because they would be locked out of the small venues.
If you want to get NIN tickets, you can get it at NIN.COM. Hurry, the venues are small so it means tickets are limited.

What exactly happened happened at the Minxx Gentlemen's Club & Lounge on February 19, 2007? The case of former Tennessee Titans cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones would have a new angle because ESPN has acquired a video footage of the incident where Jones was "making it rain." What was raining? Money was raining there that night, Jones is seen in the video throwing a lot of money inside the club, at least a bucketful of 100 dollar bills I think was collected by dancers and other people in the club. Watch the Pacman Jones video below and see how Jones made money rain that night. What a proud man!

As the 40th anniversary of the Apollo landing is nearing, it seems that we're hearing a lot of things from people who doubt the truth about the moon landings. I have seen the documentary about the Apollo moon landing hoax, "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Moon" documentary written, produced, and directed by Bart Winfield Sibrel, a filmmaker and investigative journalist. It seems that Sibrel has a point. But if you also read what NASA has to say about it, they seemed to be also correct. I am quite confused, I don't know who to believe. Below is the full documentary, watch it and then tell me if you doubt that man really landed on the moon on July 20 1969.

They say that behind the downfall of a man is a woman. Chip Pickering can be considered a man who has fallen because of a woman. And who is that woman? Is it Leisha Pickering, his wife, or is it Elizabeth Creekmore Byrd, his mistress? Well, as far as Leisha Pickering is concerned, her husband "had an affair that ruined their marriage and destroyed his political career." Now she has filed an alienation of affection lawsuit against Byrd.
Have you noticed the trend of politicians getting caught having extramarital affairs? Is it what's in now?

If you are only 17 years old and you have sailed around the world on a 36-foot yacht, what are you? You're awesome! And to top that you do it all alone. Well, Zac Sunderland did it all by himself on the 36 foot yacht Intrepid.
His father is very proud of him, here's what he says:
“He left thinking that he knew a lot about life, and the difference now is, he does. You look into his eyes; he’s very much a deep thinker now. He tries to anticipate things more so now, before they happen.”

The girl in the picture above is Cheyenne Cherry, 17 years old. She has just been sentenced to one year in prison for putting a kitten in a 500-degree oven and leaving it there to die. It would have been better if the sentence was not just a year in prison, three years would be nice to teach her a lesson because it was not only a case about a kitten killing or simple animal cruelty. Cheyenne Cherry illegally entered an apartment with her 14-year old companion and trashed the furniture in the apartment and stole some things. When she saw the kitten in the apartment she place it in the oven and let it cook alive. Yes, she is a minor but if she is tolerated she is in danger of committing more crimes that would be deadlier than just killing a kitten. After the sentencing she showed no remorse, and hissed angrily at animal rights activists Wednesday, grinning widely as she took credit for stuffing the helpless pet into a 500-degree oven. Imagine what she told the police after she was arrested then? She told them that the killing of the cat "was just a joke." She really needs to spend some time in jail.

The girl that Richard Jefferson dumped a few moments before they were to be wed is Kesha Ni Cole Nichols, a formet Nets dancer. Poor girl, she must have been so ashamed and disappointed by the coldness of Jefferson's feet!

Here's a story that may irritate you, the story of the Richard Jefferson Wedding. Anyway it can be said in one sentence: former Nets forward and now newly-acquired San Antonio Spurs Richard Jefferson cancelled his $2 million wedding a two hours before the wedding was scheduled to start. Here is the story from Greenwich Diva:
According to reports, NBA player Richard Jefferson called off his wedding at the last minute to former Net dancer Kesha Ni’Cole Nichols, but forgot to tell some of his guests who showed up last weekend for the nuptials.
Friends of the San Antonio Spurs player showed up at the Mandarin Oriental in Manhattan last Saturday only to find out that the $2 million wedding had been cancelled.
Jefferson, who also played for the New Jersey Net, ended his relationship with Nichols earlier last week but neglected to tell his friends that the wedding was off.
It is believed that Nichols called her family and friends immediately after she was dumped to tell them the wedding was called off.
According to one of the Jefferson’s friends, “he called about two hours before the wedding was scheduled to start to say that the wedding was off, then he gave his best friend his Black American Express card for the night,” and told them to have a good time on him.
It is believed that the would-be-bride checked into the hotel on what was to have been her wedding night and checked into an upgraded room with a view of Central Park.
What an ungentlemanly act! He's good at basketball but he's bad at handling his cold feet.

Ouch! When one's name is placed side-by-side with the word "mugshot" it means one has a history of having been arrested. Now "Hailey Glassman Mugshot" is becoming quite spicy in the gossip corners of the world wide web. Does this mean that Jon Gossilin's new girlfriend has a shady past? Well, many are saying that she was arrested in 2005 due to possession of illegal drugs. Here's something about it from Bitten and Bound:
Glassman comes with a bit of a shady past. She was arrested in 2005 for possession of drug paraphernalia, marijuana, hashish and hashish oil. The case was settled out of court and a judgment withheld—likely because her father is Dr. Lawrence Glassman, a noted New York plastic surgeon.

A new book about the Bataan Death March was launched, “Tears in the Darkness: The Story of the Bataan Death March and its Aftermath.” This new book was written by Michael Norman and Elizabeth Norman who interviewed hundreds of American, Filipino and Japanese combatants. The book took 10 years to finish. Associated Press' Richard Pyle described the book as “an extremely detailed and thoroughly chilling treatment that, given the passage of time and thinning of ranks, could serve as popular history’s final say on the subject.”

To dump a girl on the eve of her birthday is probably one of the most ungentlemanly actions a man can make. But probably Tony Romo has his reasons for doing it to Jessica Simpson. I don't know but he really did it, dump her a day before she turned 29. Yay! Here's a bit from People.com about it:
Tony Romo broke up with Jessica Simpson on Thursday, the night before her 29th birthday, a source close to the pop star tells PEOPLE.
"She is heartbroken," says the source. "She loves Tony. But it's been difficult lately. He's busy with his career and she's getting ready to shoot her show (The Price of Beauty). They decided to part ways."
The Dallas Cowboys quarterback fueled breakup rumors when he showed up with about 14 friends at the Hollywood hotspot MyHouse on Friday night without the birthday girl, a source tells PEOPLE.
"He had quite a few girls stop by his dance floor table," says an onlooker. "Romo was sipping Grey Goose and having a fun time with the boys."
Simpson’s rep had no comment. Romo's rep could not be reached for comment.

Meteor reminds me of the movie Deep Impact in 1999. It has the same plot, a large meteor is in a collision course with Earth and along the way it splits, the smaller part rains down on Earth and terrible events happen. The second piece of meteor is the deadlier of the two but of course the movie ends happily with the meteor dispatched with a nuclear bomb (but the lives of those who destroyed the meteor are sacrificed). I hope Meteor NBC is not exactly like that. Deep Impact was a high drama film, I guess this is also what Meteor would be like.

Yesterday, I have posted about the death of the former boxing champion, Arturo Gatti. His death was quite a headline. Now, 24 hours later, his wife is in the headlines because she is the suspect in his murder. Amanda Rodrigues Gatti was arrested by Brazilian police because they have found some good evidence that could pin her as primary suspect in the murder of Arturo Gatti. The couple went to Brazil in an attempt to patch up their worsening marriage. It ended up in the murder of Arturo. Now people are curious about the 23-year-old wife of Gatti that is why they would like to see her photo. The only Amanda Rodrigues Gatti photo I could find is a photo taken during her arrest. She allegedly strangled Arturo to death. Here's a part of a news about it:
Gatti’s 23-year-old wife Amanda Carina Barbosa Rodrigues has been arrested on suspicion of strangling her husband to death with a purse strap. Police questioned her and became suspicious when she began to give inconsistent answers to their questions. She reportedly was in the couple’s rented condo for ten hours before calling authorities to report that her husband was dead.

Brock Lesnar's wife, Rena Sable Mero, who is an actress and a former WWE Women’s Champion, is said to be pregnant.
Here's some details about Sable:
As Sable, she came in 1996 in the World Wrestling Federation (now WWE) and debuted at Wrestlemania 12 as a valet for Hunter Hearst Helmsley. Then they performed this task for her husband Marc, until in 1997 due to an injury had to pause. 1998 she returned and was then in a feud with her husband against Luna Vachon and Goldust involved. Marc turned against them and so there was a feud between Sable and Marc’s new manager, Jacqueline. From this, she won in November 1998, the WWE Women’s Championship. In April 1999, for the Playboy scan and was the Cover Girl of the former edition.

Alan Belcher's tattoo is more interesting than his split decision loss to Yoshihiro Akiyama at UFC 100. His Johnny Cash tattoo on the left arm was obviously dome when he was younger because if it was dome now it should not be as distorted as it looks now. It was probably done when his arms and body were smaller; the training have grown him muscles that of course distorted Johnny Cash's face.

The Brock Lesnar vs Frank Mir match is the most awaited event in UFC 100. Many people think that it would be Frank Mir who will win but Brock Lesnar proved them wrong by dominating Mir from start to finish and scoring an easy second-round TKO.

Arturo Gatti, a former boxing champion who was one of the most exciting fighters of his generation, was found dead early Saturday in a hotel room in a resort of Porto de Galihnas, Brazil. He was 37.
Police investigator Edilson Alves told The Associated Press that the body of the former junior welterweight champ was discovered in his room at the tourist resort, where Gatti had arrived on Friday with his Brazilian wife Amanda and 1-year-old son.
Alves said police were investigating and it was unclear how the 37-year-old Canadian died.
"It is still too early to say anything concrete, although it is all very strange," Alves said. He declined to provide any additional details.
A spokeswoman for the state public safety department said Gatti's wife and son were unhurt. The woman declined to give a name in keeping with department policy.
"There were no bullet or stab wounds on his body, but police did find blood stains on the floor," she said.

The beautiful ESPN news reporter, Erin Andrews was hit by a foul ball. Here's part of the news story about it from Global News:
She has been struck during the play of 4th innings by Alex Cora who is a player of New York Mets. It was a foul ball which hit Erin Andrew on the chin. She was on her duty in the New York to cover the game of Mets Dodgers for ESPN.
And during the 4th innings of the match Cora pitched a foul ball into the stands. It was a routine matter for this kind of support and is not of that harm to become news but as it hit on the chin of Erin Andrews, so it has become very special. But she is ok. I repeat she is absolutely ok. Just a scratch on chin and nothing else, said by the TMZ.

Heather Nichols was virtually unknown before Rampage Jackson sexually assaulted her in an interview. The fighter dry humped her even if the camera was rolling. Here's what Nichols said about it:
I DEFINITELY was not enjoying it. The whole time I was just thinking “get him off of me!” Tried to be professional & finish
…It’s funny bc he was actually giving good answers and then snapped! Super unexpected.
…He was actually normal at first, and then all of a sudden he just snapped. One too many punches in the head I guess.
Now Nichols is hot in the net because of it and she is becoming an overnight viral star. Well, she's pretty. As of now she has more than 200 followers in her Twitter account, which she uses to say her words about the dry humping incident with Rampage Jackson.

A couple with 16 kids was found dead in their home last night. Byrd and Melanie Billings were shot to death in their Beulah home in Florida, near Pensacola. The 16 children were also at home when the couple was shot but the children were not harmed. The police are investigating the case and are looking at the angle of home invasion and robbery. More on this later on...

Here's the current standing of Tour de France Stage 7:
9 man breakaway group of Egoi Martinez (Euskatel), Christophe Riblon (Ag2r), Jose Ivan Gutierrez (Caisse d'Epargne), Rinaldo Nocentini (Ag2r), Aleksandr Kuschynski (Liquigas), Christophe Kern (Cofidis), Jerome Pineau (Quick-Step), Brice Feillu (Agritubel) and Johannes Frohlinger (Milram) 116km to go.
1354 CEST - 116km to go
The break have passed the feed station and then the peloton will. The current lead is 11'45.
1359 CEST - 111km to go
The break is steady at 11'47 with Astana continuing to lead the peloton. Fabian Cancellara is surrounded by team mates. Soak it up Fabian, that jersey won't be in your hands tonight. Exceptional ride to hold it for this long.
1406 CEST - 109km to go
The break are about to start the next climb of the day, the Col de Serra-Seca. This 7.1km climb is going to be testing. With Astana having nearly all their team at the front of the peloton, in around 15 minutes time, we could be seeing some action.
Cadel Evans just had a puncture. His 2nd in 2 days. He's being led back to the peloton by four team mates. This is not a good start to the Tour for the Australian.
The gap is now 11'20. My prediction: When the peloton reach the top of the climb, that gap will be around 6 minutes.
The last time this stage finished on the Arcalis was in 1997 when Jan Ullrich broke free on the way to the yellow jersey and the overall win.
Tom Boonen is at the head of the peloton in 4th position.
1414 CEST - 104km to go
The breakaway group are working well together on the climb. The lead is 11'09.
This is the first category one climb of the 2009 tour. I hope that we see some action soon. At the rate they are going, Christmas will come before they reach the top of this climb.
There is a lot of support today on this climb. The locals are excited that the Tour is heading through Spain.
1423 CEST - 101.5km to go
The leaders are around 5km from the top of the climb. This is a long climb.
Astana are still at the front of the peloton being led by the only Kazach rider in their squad, Dmitriy Muravyev. I can see Popovych up there too.
After they complete this climb, it's a short descent, then it's time to climb up the category 3 Port del Comte. This climb is 3.1km averaging out at 5.3% gradient.
Tony Martin is moving up the peloton.
Jose Ivan Gutierrez is leading the break up the climb. On his wheel is Martinez. There are 4 Astana riders at the head of the peloton but the pace isn't fast as the gap is still 11'32.
I see a lot of Garmin riders on the front end of the peloton, to the right hand side of Astana. Does Christian Vande Velde have the legs today? Afterall, he is coming back from major injuries from a massive crash he sustained in the Giro d'Italia.
The leaders are nearing the top of the climb.
Astana are looking very strong out there today. We've just received word that there are thousands of spectators on the final climb of the day. Hopefully, they see a Spanish rider win today. Angelo Furlan is dropping off the back of the peloton.
That's not a good sign for Columbia-HTC. Kim Kirchen is at the back of the peloton. Stephane Auge, who is holding the polka dot jersey is with him.
1433 CEST - 98km to go
The break are nearing the top of the climb. The lead is still hovering around 11'30.
The sun is out today. That's a change from yesterday. A lot of riders will be pleased about that.
1438 - CEST - 97km to go - The leaders have reached the summit with Riblon taking the win from Kuschynski and Martinez.
The crowd is huge at the top of this climb. The peloton are still being led by Muravyev. There are a few Garmin riders still on the left hand of the Astana riders. Christophe Riblon should be the new leader of the KOM classification after claiming 15 points on that climb.
The results of the climb: 1. Riblon (15pts), 2. Martinez (13pts), 3. Kuschynski (11pts), 4. Kern (9pts), 5. Feillu (8pts), 6. Pineau (7pts), 7. Nocentini (6pts) and Gutierrez (5pts).
The peloton are 1km from the top of the climb. Astana are still leading. The gap is 11'36.
1448 CEST - CRASH: There is a crash at the back of the peloton. No one looks seriously hurt so it's all good. The peloton cross the top with a 11'50 deficit on the escape group.
The break are now about to start the next climb, the Port del Comte. They have a lead of 11'42 on the peloton. I'm somewhat surprised that Astana didn't put the hammer down on the Serra-Seca.
Sorry for lack of updates the last 10 minutes, my Internet connection dropped out. I'm back online now and will continue the live coverage. I hope you are enjoying the coverage of today's stage.
Mark Cavendish is still in the peloton looking comfortable. Unfortunately, the finish isn't his terrain. He will be out the back at the base of the climb.
Riders on the descent... Fabian Cancellara has been making his way back into the peloton after a flat tire. The gap is still at 11:35 as the riders drop to 500 meters before the climb to Arcalis. Cancellara is through the cars and joined the back of the peloton. Cancellara has returned to the front joining Astana, the man was doing nearly 100km/h on the descent to rejoin the peloton; both wheels have been changed. Were in the final part of the descent through an alpine canyon.
1534 CEST - The riders are passing through a nice valley at the moment. The temperature is hot out there. Rast is leading the peloton for Astana. The yellow jersey is 10 wheels back.
1535 CEST - 56km to go - The lead is still over 12 minutes. 12'09. I question whether or not this break is going to get away today. The pace isn't on at the head of the peloton but you would suspect that once they do speed things up, the gap will drop.
Saxo Bank are moving closer to the head of the peloton. Rast is still the pacemaker with Murayev on his wheel. Garmin have 3 riders in positions 5, 6 and 7. Aroshiro is sitting at the back of the peloton. This young Japanese rider is gaining valuable experience here. The BBox rider is riding a good tour!
